Thanksgiving looks a little different for all of us this year. You may be Zooming with friends and family, eating your meal outside or entertaining a smaller crowd than usual. What hasn't changed is the meaning behind this day: to give thanks and count our blessings.

This year has given many people a lot of time to reflect on their blessings. Whether that blessing is good health, a steady job or a kind stranger, we all have much to be thankful for.

When Linda, Natalie, Catherine and I think about our blessings, you are one of them. It is working with generous and kind people like you that give meaning to our jobs. We witness true change happening through you, and for that, we are forever grateful.
